eSolutions Dynamics delivers efficient, effective
and well-managed projects for every client, consistently,
for all industries and sectors.
eSolutions Dynamics is well-known
in the region as a quality implementer of integrated ERP,
SCM and CRM solutions, namely Microsoft Dynamics GP
and Information Worker.
eSolutions Dynamics
is about managing the partnership we have with our clients
to deliver successful implementations. eSolutions
Dynamics guides you and your company
through a three-step process, from an in-depth analysis of
your business requirements, all the way to effective utilization
of Microsoft Business Solutions in your day-to-day operations.
Vision Study
- Key functional specialists, business consultants and client
managers’ work together in an interview and workshop mode
to create a vision-scoping document. The vision-scoping document
is an in-depth document covering data needs, system inputs
& outputs, current and future business targets.
Through this stage we clearly understand ‘where
you want to go.”
Gap Analysis -
At this stage you will know what GAPs or customizations are
required for the ERP software to meet your business challenges
to achieve the objectives identified at the Vision Study stage.
Implementation -
At this phase, the actual implementation takes place based
on the GAP analysis. eSolutions Dynamics focuses on the seamless
transfer of ownership of the system from the project team
to the end-users.
Implementation team stays on the project for a specified period
of time to ensure that you are fully satisfied. We will make
sure that we really do what we say we do.
Microsoft GP
Information Worker
Our Implementation methodology for such solutions is a hybrid of Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) and best practices in the IT industry collected over 10 years of experience in IT solutions business. Below is a description of this process:
The Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) is a collection of guidance for successfully delivering information technology solutions faster and with fewer people and less risk, while enabling higher quality results.
MSF is called a framework for specific reasons. The MSF philosophy holds that there is no single structure or process that applies to all requirements and environments, and recognizes that, nonetheless, the need for guidance still exists. As a framework, MSF provides this guidance without imposing so much prescriptive detail that it becomes impossible to comprehend, or useful only within a narrow band of scenarios.
MSF has the following characteristics which make it applicable in a broad range of IT organizations and scenarios.
Adaptable. MSF is more like a compass, usable anywhere, than a map, the usefulness of which is limited to a specific place.
Flexible. MSF applied to a specific customer's environment and technology scenario can become more methodological for that customer. Certain MSF concepts, for instance the MSF team model, can be applied within the established hierarchy of an existing organization.
Scalable. MSF can accommodate teams as small as three or four people and projects that require 50 or more people.
Technology agnostic. MSF can be used to deliver solutions based on any technology.
The result is improvements in efficiency, solution quality, and team performance and morale.
